The business has grown over the years and is now operating from two locations, Browns Bay and Albany on Auckland’s North Shore – with our most recent expansion as an approved Tesla repairer.

FOLLOW OUR PROCESS BELOW
1. Claim on insurance or pay?
First you need to determine if you are going to claim through insurance or pay for repairs privately. If you are going through insurance then you need to call your insurance company, lodge a claim and get your claim number.
2. Book an assessment
Phone us to book an assessment of your vehicle. Once we have booked a time that suits, drive your vehicle to us if it is safe to do so and we will assess the damage. The assessment generally takes about 10-15 minutes.
3. Your repair costs are estimated
We then send the estimate to you if you chose to go privately or we send the estimate to an assessor at your insurance company for them to agree the repair process and authorise the repairs.
4. Estimate authorised to proceed
Once we have received authority from the insurance assessor or yourself, we will call to arrange a booking for your vehicle to come in for repair. We can also organise a replacement car if needed (conditions apply).
5. Drop off your vehicle
On the day of your booking please drop your vehicle off to us at the time advised. You will be required to pay for any excess due at this time. Your vehicle may be with us for a number of days, and we will keep you up to date with progress.
6. Once your repairs are complete
Once repairs are completed we will contact you to let you know when the vehicle will be ready for collection. On collection any additional payments i.e private repairs or replacement car fees are due.
